Writing this review, based on both mine and my mother‘s experiences. My mother was diagnosed positive with Covid TODAY and tried to politely cancel her appointment this morning. When she called the office to inform them, they said that it was company policy that regardless of the reason she would have to pay $50 cancellation charge. She informed that she was positive for Covid and was unable to pay the $50 so she asked if it was OK if she came in for the appointment to which they responded yes. I have never experienced an office in healthcare so money, hungry and unprofessional in my entire life. The dental hygienist does a pretty good job cleaning teeth, but they will push things on for you to pay more. I would highly suggest anyone to find a different dentist if you’re not made of millions. Happy to see that they don’t care about their patients or their staff well-being. If they allow someone with Covid to come in to get their teeth, looked at and mouth open to get cleaned.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Monahan and the entire office staff. The office is clean, welcoming, and beautifully remodeled. Dr. Monahan is thorough, honest, and fair in her approach. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I never feel pressured into unnecessary treatments, especially as I was going through a stint with Clear Correct. It’s obvious she truly cares about her patients. The staff is also friendly, professional, and patient, always making me feel comfortable and never judged for my flossing habits, or lack thereof. I’m so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dental care with genuinely kind people.

I've never been more comfortable — happy, even — to sit in that clinical recliner as I am at Bloomfield Dental. Just entering the office, its modern, soft aesthetic is immediately calming. The staff at the desk are delightful and welcoming. And Dr. Monahan and her team are simply OUTSTANDING! I've had a unique situation with a faulty implant and crown initially placed by UDHS in 2022, presenting Dr. Monahan with quite a challenge — one my prior dentist was intimidated by, even making me feel like it wasn't his problem to resolve. Dr. Monahan removed the crown, confidently uncovered the source of the problem, and walked me through the steps we would take to avoid replacing the implant itself. It's clear she has superior knowledge and a passion for dentistry, but moreover she has a wonderful ability to relate to patients and show genuine care and compassion. And on top of all that — she's a hoot! LOL! I look forward to returning to that recliner in a few months. I highly recommend Bloomfield Dental.

My initial experience with Dr. Monahan and her entire staff simply could not have been better if I had scripted it somehow. Everything happened on time, was well explained, I never once felt rushed or in the dark and I have a really clear sense about what my treatment plan is moving forward. Definitely going to make this practice our new family practice.

I accompanied my husband & son to their appointments this morning & was so impressed by the entire team from back to front. The staff is incredibly accommodating, kind, & communicative. The quality of care & expertise this team possesses is no less than the best. Thank you for making the dentist such a positive experience for us all. Keep up the great work & thank you!
